Books may be purchased via this web site and all major
credit cards are accepted. Kindly follow the instructions
on purchasing.
Methods of Payment
In addition to credit card purchases we accept direct
payments via bank deposits or EFT with proof of payment.
All orders will be processed manually. There is no risk
of your details being accessed over the internet as
we also use a secure e-commerce service provider. Your
payment details may also be sent to us either by phone
or fax. Please refer to Privacy Policy for more information.
Delivery
Books will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE by courier to
a home or business address in main urban centres within
South Africa, within 5 working days of order. Deliveries
to addresses outside main urban centres will be counter-to-counter
to the recipient's nearest Post Office, also FREE OFCHARGE.
Delivery charges outside South Africa are for the customer's
account and Lizard's Leap Press may be contacted at
info@lizardsleappress.com
for a quote. Books are dispatched within 48 hours of
receiving confirmation of payment for your order. Please
ensure that you have filled in the accounts/delivery
form correctly, and that we have a contact telephone
number and email address where we can contact you with
details regarding the delivery.
Refunds/Returns
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase
you will be liable for postage and for 15% handling
fee. You must advise us by email at info@lizardsleappress.com
of your cancellation within 7 days of purchase and return
the book within 21 days of purchase in its original
packaging and condition.
